Student Elegibility: Everybody who has completed Football 101

Course Description: This course will guide you into the secrets of managing a football team (see Football 101). This will prove helpful once we figure out how to travel to the recently discovered alternate universe known as Lower Earth, as the inhabitants here seems to have very high opinions about this game. The course will use a simulator to take you through some different phases designed to give you a broad yet thorough introduction to football management. The phases are:

<LI>Phase 1. Basic football management:Squad analysis, tactics, transfers, staff. This will take place in a topflight club in the area known as Scotland.
<LI>Phase 2. Lower league management:Promotions. Use your honed skills to take a lowly placed team in Scotland up to the top flight.
<LI>Phase 3. Stabilizing:Avoiding relegations. Dealing with low reputation. Once on the top you need to avoid the drop.
<LI>Phase 4. Managing in other countries.Different cultures. Different rules. Different languages. Now it's time to go to the mainland and take a lowly placed team from the area known as Italy to the top flight.
<LI>Phase 5. Setting goals for yourself.Beating rivals. Planning ahead. Now it's time to pick a team in Southern Scotland (aka. England), where the professor will give you a goal and show you how to reach it.
<LI>Phase 6. Budget crisis.Motivation. Using what you've got. Staying with the team and surviving.
<LI>Phase 7. Youth academy and free transfers.Growing yough players. Spotting the forgotten gold. Droping to a low-division team in England you must take them to the top.
<LI>Phase 8. International competitions.Champions Cup. UEFA Cup. How to bring European glory to your club.
<LI>Phase 9. Summary. Return to Scotland and apply the lessons learned.
