Yes, but after 100 years I simply can't see it happen

Shame

Scotland and England are far and away my favourite leagues to manage in most often (excepting PSV and Ajax :p), but for lower league stuff England always has the edge for me purely because of the interest of 3 new clubs coming into the system each year for potentially exciting new challenges

Just a quick question regarding the challenge itself, although with 14 leauges on my 850 MHz PC it'll be ages before I get there...

I've chosen Norway as my European league and their season runs at different times to Scotland - are there any rules about when I'm allowed to take over, different from a more standard league or is it just any time after 2 full seasons in SPL?

The rules are perfectly clear :p

You must leave your scottish club before the time stated (I think i said end of 4th season?) If you haven't secured a new job by then the choice is to give up or risk unemployment by quitting. (Or cheat).

OK, cool...I doubt such a club would have a job available anyway, but there is the possibility that I could leap off at the end of my 2nd season in Scotland straight into a club who are already doing very well in the Norwegian season already running, taking a shortcut into Division 1 :p

Aye, but that's phase 2...I wasn't planning to head for Norway at the start of phase 2 anyway...I assume it holds for phase 4 too then

Yeah, cost me £50 a year or two ago - wish I'd got CDs for £85 though cos my tapedeck is a bit dodgy and I don't want to ruin the tapes

My apologies, was getting confused with a bit i edited out pre-submission where I said the rules were the same. They're not, they're as writen, so you can go to any club in the European league that fits the stated criteria, even if they are on the verge of promotion. Sorry.
