to be fair, I'm not too concerned about this, if you feel they present an adequate challenge then feel free to take them! I took Ayr, though as you may have noticed from a previous story of mine, they have been somewat debilitated in my db!

Thanks. One other thing that got me curious: How come that there is no relegation in the Scottish 3rd Div. ? (You can tell, that this is my 1st time in Scotland, right)

Because the SFL is a closed shop. Not as closed as the SPL though, to be fair.

There isn't a pyrmaid system in Scotland is there? Just a bunch of non-league leagues below SFL level so they'd have to sort out some hierarchy of those first I'd imagine before there could be promotion/relegation in Div 3?

people would have to want promotion/relegation. So far as I know no other senior league has asked the SFL about it.

Erm actually its more closed because no-one can get in, whereas technically clubs can get into the SPL.

Yes, but the SPL have an arrangement with the SFL to allow promotion and consistantly renage on it, whilst the SFL doesn't have such an arrangement with a lower league to renage on. No question that a pyramid system would be >> the current situation.
