IRL, clubs aren't alowed to sign players aged under 18 from non-eu countries, so in FM08, this has bow been expanded to include many other countries. IRL though, I believe there is a loophole in which clubs employ the players parents, enabling the player to join them.

Dinamo kiev recently signed a bolivian 15 or 16 year old... so i don't think those rules apply to Russia/Ukraine... england and EU maybe, but in that case what about Leonel Messi for instance... he came to Spain at age of 15 or 16.. not sure but he was u-18 that i'm sure about </BLOCKQUOTE>
Like I said though, IRL, clubs can get around this ruling by employing the players parents. Perhaps this is what Dinamo Kiev did withthis Bolivian player, and what Barcelona did with Messi. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Ok so what you are saying that AAAAALLLLLL the u-18 non eu players that are playing in europe got parents who were employed by the club they are playing in? LOL look in belgium, there would be more africans then belgians there by now if that was true.
