Hello. I have a little problem. I am playing in Germany's 3. bundesliga and I have a great target-man. He's 200cm tall and his jumping is 20 and heading 19, he's also got great bravery and fairly good positioning. How could I maximise his ability in attack? I've also got a fast and fairly skilfull attcker and I'd like that this target man would get him some through balls. What kind of instructions should I use for them? What kind of formation would be good? Passing style? Other player instructions?

What is your target mans strength, balance and creativity? if these are high you could play the ball into his feet with through balls set to often. If not so high, formation could be a 4-4-1-1 with the target man up front and the striker running from attacking mid to support and receive flick ons

Get your wingers to be setup to be running down the wings and possibly set up your crossing to get the ball in early.

Other things to consider could be getting the target man to hold the ball up
