basically just bought lucas biglia from anderlecht for my man u squad in my 2nd season,but he needs a work permit to play.
but what kind of permit does he need....
does he have to play a certain amount of internationals or
does he need to play in europe for a year????

Send him on loan to a Belgian feeder club for 3 years and he will be able to play. If not, keep him in England for 7 years and then he will be able to play.

loan him out then after 1 year offer him a new contract and if he can accept then he can play for you for now on

it worked in fm 2007 i don't know if it does in fm08
