In the New FM I think when you ask the ass man to pick your team, he should have more emphasis on, squad rotation or giving the youngsters some game time (eg. carling cup 1st round or relegation zone team)

I believe he does, when you go on holiday. Holiday for 6 months and he will rotate (based on his stats anyway). However, when you ask him week in week out, he will always tell you the strongest squad because thats effectively what you're asking him to do. I think it's fine the way it is personally :thup:
