Default A question about your assistant.
In the manual on page 34 it says 'A good Assistant Manager is a valuable asset and a number of managers will endeavour to work alongside the same Assistant wherever they go in their career.' I've also seen it mention in one of the blogs that you can now get your backroom staff to move with you. What I would like it know is how exactly do I get my long standing assistant manager to move to my new club with me?

I got sacked in one game and 6 of my back room staff quit the same day, stating that they left because I did.

Guess that'd be it then, you just have to hope your assman and coaches like you enough to follow you out the door.
