Default Problem with assistant controlling friendlies
In old fm games, whenever I chose my assistant to take charge of friendlies for me, I had an option I could tick that said something along the lines of 'Use current match tactics', so my assistant would use my tactic, but now I don't have this option and my assistant plays whatever random formation he feels like.

Has the option moved location? or is it just not possible for me to make him play my formation?

AFAIK it has never been an option for the first team.

yeah pretty sure it was for holidays and for reserves/u18's.
