I've had a look around the forums but can't find anything on fouls at corners. I'd estimate that 75-80% of goals that I score from corners are disallowed because of fouls my players commit. The same is not the case with the opposition. It's not because I have my settings set to hard tackling (it seemingly makes no difference). Has anyone got any thoughts? Thanks.

agreed. If it was vs Man Utd at old trafford i would understand it. Against arb teams so often i am not so sure. Half my players are on normal tackle, half on easy.

Not dure it went far enough. I played very few games pre-patch compared to post-patch so would be suprised if my views were hugely clouded by pre-patch incidents. Of course it could just be certain players due to certain attributes foul a lot in those situations (determination, aggression) and similar fouls they commit in other areas of the pitch are not considered highlights. I guess best to look at if it is the same player or 2 or if it spread across the squad.

i had this fouling problem to but after the patch it happened less time then before so for me it worked

same here, if i score from corner it will get disallowed. i made 4 seasons in a savegame and after the 1st season i only had 1 goal from corner allowed which means 1 goal from corner allowed in 3 years...
1st season was with 1st beta patch, season 2 was with 2nd beta patch, season 3 and 4 was with official 8.0.1 patch

Pre-patch at least a goal (most of the time 2, 3 or more) every match was chalked off for fouling in the box.

After patch I had to start a new game (because the fouling in the box was getting insanely bad) and it seems to be fixed. I've had two disallowed thus far and I'm in November so that's about right in real life.

This was the most frustrating bug but it seems to be OK now. I suggest to anyone that they start a new game. The match engine changes don't seem completely save-game compatible.
