Heres the deal...

I'm Carshalton, in the BSP, and have been there for 6 seasons now, despite my best efforts.!

The reason I am still there, is quite simply because my scouts dont find me any decent talent that is accessible to me.

Scouting Problem 1

I signed 3 scouts at the begging of a new season 2 seasons ago. They had stats around the following:

Scout 1 -

J - PA = 17
J - CA = 12

Scout 2 -

J - PA = 9
J - CA = 19

Scout 3 -

J - PA = 14
J - CA = 15

Now for me, thats a mixed bag, and should bring me ample results.

But the problem here is, but the end of that season, the stats they had, had dramatically DROPPED.! When i say dramatically, i mean, they were literally PA/CA = 3 or 4 for all three scouts. Thats stupid.!

Problem 2

They never find me any new players.

Im only allowed to scout in England, which isnt a problem because i like to base my team around english talent, but this means the scouts find the same 20/30 players EVERY SINGLE scout trip they take. they never ever come back with new names. This is ridiculous. I've literally had some players on a scout list for a about 4 years.

Problem 3

The Star rating...

This is the biggest problem for me. 27 of every 30 players they may find, the star rating is 3*** ir 4****. They rarely seem to find me 7* ratings, and on the odd occasion that they do, this player is ALWAYS a GK. For a BSP Team, i have 2 GKs that would be good enough for Championship football. (thats no exageration), yet these keepers that seem to be 7* aren't even half as good as the keepers i already have, so how they are 7* is beyond me. Even there very own scout reports claim 'This payer would be the 3rd best keeper at the club'.

Problem 4

No young players. The majority of the players the scouts find, are all aging, and not good enough for my team.

There are other things that get me about the scouts, but im getting heated writing this, so ill stop here.

But i am under the full impression that, due to the poor quality of findings the scouts have given me over the last 6 seasons, i will not get promoted...

1 thats ridiculous it should not happen

2 well i did not see such thing that they do not find new players maybe they go for the same round of scouting trip and thats your problem

3 well star rating hmm it should give you a hint what the scout says then you should look to the player for yourself and then decide weather he's better or not

4 my scouts tend to find good players at young age try scouting the under 18's 19's or 20's leagues that should do it ................ also try scouting the reserve leagues maybe there are some lost talents
