I'm not sure if this is a bug. I'm managing Curico Unido in the Chilean Primera B. The club was predicted to finish 10th out of 12 teams, and opponents are nearly always slated as heavy favorites. The board simply expected us to be part of the Primera B after two seasons.

Through 15 matches, I've managed the club to 12 wins, 1 loss and 2 draws. We're 15 points clear of second place with a goal differential of +15. We've just set a new record with six straight victories.

Meanwhile, the board is simply 'pleased' with the competition results and is 'satisfied' with my overall performance. The fans are similarly unimpressed.

This really makes no sense, as both the board and the fans should be ecstatic. I've spent almost no money, the finances okay, and we are dominating the league. We're doing this at just under the wage limit too. The players are well-disciplined, and I've done nothing controversial. What am I missing?

its a thing i have a problem with aswell, they take into consideration your financial situation and ur signings, and this has a big effect

yet another example of the poorly executed board confidence feature, why didn't SI do it properly or just leave it out altogether??

i think there is problems with the while confendence section. Its a good idea and i would vey much like to see it stay in the game, but to be honest it needs some work before it is up to the standard that the rest of the game is.

I've won the PL 4 times in a row, and over all have won 20 competitions in just 5 seasons and the best I have EVER had is simply "very pleased" and that was just once for about a month.

There is absolutely no sense of fullfilment or accomplishment in FM08
