Sold a bunch of players and have some decent transfer funds now. I thought you could adjust from the transfer budget to create more wages? It only gives me the option to make more transfer money available.

The more money you want to use for transfers means that your wage budget will be slashed. Similarly, money you want to take out of the transfer fund means your wages budget will increase.

Either above or below where you adjust transfer money, there is a line saying what your current budget is and how far under it you are.

Adjust so that all of it goes to the transfers, then go back into adjust and it should give the wages option.
