Btol is infamous around these parts
Default Arshavin/Stoica effect - poor physical attributes...

Ok, so how do you deal with skilful players with good mental attributes, but **** poor physical attributes??

Wanna make a schedule, that's relatively short term to get a quick physical return, but won't alter the other stats too much.. anyone help?? or used one before??

Cheers people!!

Physical attributes are the core attributes in the game, without a solid core of physical stats the player will not be able to take advantage of his technical or mental skills.

Not exactly. Arshavin is a god for me in 2013 still. Bought him in first season for £7m and scored around 100 goals for me since. Legend!

That ain't gonna happen short-term and not gonna happen without sacrificing other attributes either.

I haven't checked the specific players, but what I 'd do is this:

1) Check in the training schedule screen what attributes are influenced by each training section (e.g. Defending training affects Tackling, Marking and Concentration).

2) Check player's profile. Decide what attributes I can do without. E.g., if we are talking about Strikers, I can live without them having good tackling, marking etc.

3) Create a training schedule that initially looks similar to general. Then decrease the regime that is not needed (e.g. Defending) and increase the regime that is needed most (e.g. Aerobic, if I want to make the player faster). Make sure that overall training workload does not change too much with respect to the general schedule, otherwise I will probably get the player injured.
Assign the player to this new schedule.

Be patient, because the change is gonna be slow.

I actually do the above for all my youth players (according to what my needs are for each position) and I end up with pretty decent players, even if their PA is low.
