retired_sach Newb Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	HOw important are coaches ? From what I've read, Fitness coaches are very important and top ones is a good idea. But what about the others, how important and effective are they, do they improve team or individual play ? Is a 4 or 5 star rating sufficient as opposed to 7 and if so in which category ? Thanks
