The game just seems to over-ride it anyway. Every single player in my team is set to rarely hit long shots, yet I counted oer twenty 25+ yard efforts in my last game. How does that make any sense at all?

This game seemed doomed to failure. No matter what gets fixed in the patch, something else seems to go wrong.

What do you have team creativity set to?

I've got creativity 6 notches into low in team instructions and long shots into rarely. I see perhaps 4-5 per game? All of which in areas I expect them to taken. Perhaps this will help.
