Depends if your patched or not as there is some differences. Wouldnt think that you would have to post available jobs. Just the job that you get offered

It's just that was one of the screens mentioned in the first post. Also is there any limitation on what nationality you can be etc?
And can you include conference teams to give you a better chance of getting a job and then work up?

Did you use a standard 3-4-3 or have you created your own and the AI has classed it as a 3-4-3?

Just wondering as I always move the players around myself so they list left to right, back to front into whichever formation I decide for the team, and just wondered if this would be picked up or lwft as whatever default tactic I changed from.

oi don't start that h thing again, but all i had to do was rplay a game i had already won anyway so it didn't matter.
