How do you mkae every1 on a free transfer in the game? Is it through the database?

Good Luck!! Its was a database I downloaded a while ago, I think link was in editors hideaway in this forum but i've not found it again. The only way of doing it as far as i'm aware is to remove every player from every club. Thats obviously a huge job!!!

You can play the database with any league but you only play the english league in this challenge/savegame.
