Well this will be a sign up that i doubt has been done before.
First:
Pick a club and a manager and assistant manager and then pick a number between 1-20 of each position and i will assign to your team that player. There will be only 11 players so you have to hope your manager can buy suitable substitutes/free transfers from the released clubs.

I will get the last picks of numbers to make the draw fair as i will know who the players are. Make sure you don't pick the same number someone else has
When everyone has picked i will announce who got who and either upload the save or go on holiday myself and show the winner.
I will set all the Premiership clubs finances to £10 million with a random transfer budget and the top reputation and wage budget.
