1st July:The Fa has voted unanimously that Leeds United and any known associates are not allowed from todays date to compete in any English League following alllegations of illegal acts commited by the company.

2nd July : Ken Bates instantly sells his shares to a company headed by Duncan Revie,and announces his retirement from football.

3rd July : Leeds announce that they will be joining the Eircom League for the next few seasons,releasing all their players.Santa , The Bearded One,Ken Bates(he has many names)denounces his retirement to buy the club of Galway, and soon tells the public that he has struck a deal with Slough town , the team which has come up in place of Leeds,which will see Galway take their place in the conference south for the following seasonand compete in their place for the next season.
