The objective of this challenge is to take control of any foreign club of your choice; win the league, win a cup or gain promotion, until this has been achieved you cannot manage a team from the country of your origin or an english team.

Starting the Game!
Select one nation from every continent including your home nation or england..
eg. of leagues selected
Europe --> England, Greece
N America --> Mexico
S America --> Chile
Asia --> China
Africa --> South Africa (obv only nation that can be selected)
ensure lowest leagues of every nation are selected.
the large database must also be selected
no extra nations may be selected
it is to preference whether you wish the player attribute masking is selected as either on or off.
Your Manager Profile
The nationaity you start the game with must be of your own and the second nationality if you choose must be, one of any of the nations you have selected to play.
past experience must be set to Automatic
Selecting Your Team
No Nations are to be played
As i said at the beginning you are not allowed to select a team from your nation of origin or a team from england, the aim is to be approached by a team from one of those leagues.
Any team from any division can be selected, whether it is a team tipped for promotion or a team doomed for relegation, the choice is yours.
The number of teams you attempt to achieve promotion or either win the league or a cup with is up to you. If you happen to be sacked, then you must remain unemployed until a team approaches you, you can move leagues, but aslong as you do not manage a team from your home nation or england.
Signing players
You are only allowed to sign 2 players per season of a nationality different to the team you have selected. This does not apply to loan signings.
There is no limit to the amount of foreign players you have in your squad aslong as the above rule is strictly applied.
Playing a fixture
In each game played you must ensure that at least 3 players in your starting line up are 23 or younger.
You are allowed a maximum of 5 foreign players in your team.
achieving the first step
once you have achieved promotion, won the league or a cup, you are then allowed to leave your current club, only by being approached by a club with a vacant managers position. you can not resign from your position to take a vacancy in a english or for example dutch league.
once you have moved clubs, you must again either achieve promotion, win a cup or win the league with this club.
like as before you cannot change clubs, until you have been sacked. the same rules of signing players and squad members apply.
like i said i hope this all make sense, if you are unsure about things, or it doesn;t make sense, please post and i'll try my best to clear things up.
