Default Rule Britannia Challenge

This is my first challenge, but it's one I inadvertently started on my online game and continued offline. I found it both exciting and long term and I hope you will too

The Aim
Starting from the bottom, you must fly the flag for British football

Selected Leagues
England - Premiership to Conference North/South
Scotland - Premiership to 3rd Division
Wales - Welsh Premier

Starting Conditions
Past Experience: Automatic
Nationallity - Any British nation
2nd Nationallity - Any British nation or none
Database - Any official SI database
Database Size - Any
Beginning Team - Any Welsh Premier team excluding TNS or Llanelli

The Challenge
The challenge itself is broken up into three stages, domestic, european and international.

Stage 1 (Wales) - Domestic Football
Like most managers, you need to prove yourself at the lower levels. Starting at any Welsh team (not Llanelli or TNS) you must win every availible domestic competition with the same team (you don't need to win everything in the season). These are the Welsh Premier, Welsh Cup, Welsh Challenge and the Premier Cup

Stage 1 (Scotland) - Domestic Football
Like the Welsh stage, you must take any team to the pinnacle of Scottish football, winning the Scottish Cup, League Cup and Premier League

Stage 1 (England) - Domestic Football
Similar to the other Stage 1 phases, you must win the English Premiership, FA Cup and League cup with the same team (you do not need to win the Charity Shield)

Stage 2 - European Football
In this stage, you must become one of the very few non-English teams to achieve European glory, taking either the Euro Cup or Champions League with a Welsh or Scottish team)

Stage 3 - International Football
England are the only British team to win an international competition. Put Scotland or Wales on level pegging with them by winning either the European Championships or FIFA World Cup

Notes
TNS and Llanelli are excluded from the Welsh phase as it would simply not be a challenge and make it to easy to win everything before moving to a Championship or higher club

Similar to the TNS and Llanelli situation, English domestic teams and the England national team are excluded as it would again be too easy

In each of the domestic challenges, you can move clubs freely in each country before completing the phase (IE, moving from Wales to Scotland before you win every Welsh competition). However, you must return to that country to complete the challenge

Any stage can be completed in any order and the international stage can be completed whilst you're doing other stages

Rules
1. You may not add a new manager at any point. The only exception is if you decide to retire your manager, in which case you must start the challeneg again
2. No external utilities like FM Scout should be used.
3. The winner will be the manager who completes all the stages in the fewest seasons

Final Notes
As I said, this is my first challenge, but it's one I'm enjoying doing. If you do decide to join in this challenge, feel free to discuss buys and tactics and to post screenshots. Also, I'm in my 10th season of this challenge and making very little progress, but enjoying it regardless

If you have any questions, ask without hesitiation.

And with that, good luck!
