Well we finally finished our season at fiorentina, and considering we had a 15 point deduction at the start of the season, a 12th place finish was more than i expected. Without the 15 points taken away we would have finished 5th. My best players were Frey in goal, and Toni and Iversen up front. We went out of the Italian cup in the 3rd qualifying round so that wasnt so good. Next season we're aiming for a champions league place and hopefully a cup win. Equador offered me the position of national manager but im yet to play a match with them yet.

It's always like that. When you're in the top of the table with 6 points more and 6 matches to go, you feel yourself unsafe. In fact, there are 21 points. I hate this.

Finally, we went to European Championship Austria - Switzerland 2008. I think I faced a bug. My MF, Navid Dayyani, suddenly went from the database. I couldn't call him anymore and I even couldn't find him anywhere.

This was my squad.

GK: Thomas Sørensen, Kasper Schmeichel, and Peter Skov-Jensen.

DF: Thomas Helveg, Lars Jacobsen, Niclas Jensen, Dennis Cagara, Timmi Johansen, Per Krøldrup, Thomas Bælum, and Daniel Agger.

MF: Martin Jørgensen, Dennis Rommedahl, Jesper Grønkjær, Thomas Kahlenberg, Martin Spelmann, Niki Zimling, Christian Poulsen, and Daniel Jensen.

FW: Jon Dahl Tomasson, Nicklas Bendtner, Søren Larsen, and Peter Løvenkrands.

Holland 5 - 0 Denmark

My personal target was to play our best because I realized that we had little chance to qualify from such a though group.

And yes, our first campaign was bad. Sørensen didn't play well.

Denmark 1 - 0 Germany

Surprisingly, we won this match. Either Germany played below their best or we built our defence successfully that brought us to this satisfying result. Larsen was a legend and Bælum was cool. :cool:

Austria 2 - 1 Denmark

We couldn't face the fanatic support of the home supporters. But still, Larsen was a legend. :cool:

OK. We knew we were finished, but the FA said that they were satisfied. In other words, I'm given a chance to bring this team to the World Cup.
