Right, I will be running a European Championship game OOTP style.

The Rules:

1 team per person, drawn at random.
Each person must PM or email me a first 11 and substitutes (23 man squad) for either each game, or each group stage(depending on which I decide), tactics, and a set of parameters to utilise.

All tactics should be named by a specific formation (eg 4-4-2=4 normal defenders, 4 normal attackers, 2 normal strikers, but 4-1-2-3 could be 4 defenders, 1 dm, 2 am, 3 striker or 4D, 1M,2AM, 3 St.) These will have to be specified in the tactic. Screenshots of tactics are easiest, but descriptions also work.
Please state sliders by clicks (eg 4 clciks to the right of normal)


When giving your instructions, please give details on how to do subs, tactical changes, etc.

I.E. If 2 up then switch to more defensive formation and place DMC in front of defense. .... Or If 2 down, switch to 4-3-3. Or make sub in 60th min replacing most tired player, etc. More details the better really.

Alongside this, please give two formations, 1 attacking one defensive if easier.

Anyway I would like at least 8 players, but preferably 16. Teams will be drawn at random for each manager. Please provide me with the name of your manager. He will automatically be assigned the nation you are controlling, unless you specifically want a different nation. Birth dates will be 1st January 1970, again unless any one wants a Specific difference.
