In the wake of the English media and press moaning about too many foreigners at the Premier League clubs I would like to proposed the following..
The Task
Take over a team in France's Championnat National division and you can only buy UK nationality players (England Ireland, N.Ireland, Scotland and Wales).
If a player a UK nation as a secondary nation and a non-uk as the primary nation he may not be purchased. The exceptions are when the player's place of birth is within UK.
Players brought through your academy (unless of UK nationality) are forbidden to play for the first team.
Coaches and staff must be UK based, you are not allowed sign any french staff. When their contracts expire, they must be released.
The same applies for non UK players, when their contract expires they must be released. They can be sold as normal whilst they are in contract.
Once a UK player has French citizenship he must be moved on to another club.

To make the challenge easier you can choose to load all players from the UK before you start a game by either using a DDT file or the pull down menu at the start new game panel.
This DDT file will allow you to keep all players at UK top flight clubs in game.
