I'm currently managing Forest Green in the conference. My challeenge is to save them from relegation. My goal is to bring them as far up as possible. In my first season we are very safe in the mid-table, but unlikely to move up this year. Not much finances to work with and few decent players to choose from who will play at this level. That itself is the challenge.

Vetsurg, I am also playing FGR. Won the conference in season 1 playing an agressive 4-3-3 which promptly ran out of steam in League 2. Came in next to last (above Boston United) and was relegated at the end of season 2. Now I am back in Conference in season 3 and at the bottom of the table. Hope you do better! </BLOCKQUOTE>
Hey FGR! I finished 7th in my first season, and am now in 4th in my 2nd. The tactics I found that work best for me is a 4-4-2 attacking at home, and a 3-5-2 attacking on the road. Ippoua is my favorite player and has done well for me. I also liked Wanless, but he retired at the end of my first season...I'm not sure why??
