I already have Football Manager on the PC but am thinking of getting it on the PSP too for when I'm not at the PC.

Is there any kind of converter which can convert my PC save so I can continue with it on the PSP and then when I get back home convert the PSP save so I can continue on PC?

the games are far too different for it to work though.... maybe if there was ever a PS2/PS3 version that wasn't too disimilar to the PSP version... maybe...
