i have been doing really well with portsmouth and still i get very little money to work with when summer comes along. my first 2 seasons i finish 8th in the league both times that 1 more point gets me into europe anyway third season is a flop and i finish 9th 4 popints off europe 4th season 8th again lost out on gd how can i get my team into europe without money to spend who can i get for my squad with about 6 million thanks in advance

look for some regen players who are top quality and you can pick them up on the cheap.
Look in the lower leagues, south america and eastern europe they are the best places to look for regens. They are normally 16-19.
