That's right J. My reasoning is that asking folks to bring a bottom divsion player to the second and top divsions will likely mean that said player will be buried in the depth chart. I figure at the top divsions, you'll get more use out of your staff.

Of course, if you have talented youngsters or players at any of your previous clubs and you feel they can play in better competition, then by all means take them with you.

Challenge Log- Fourth entry. September 20, 2004

Bazza- Doncaster. Seems to be progressing smoothly with his All-Elngland squad.

BobBev- Gretna. T “auld man” seems to have started well with Scottish side Gretna. http://community.sigames.com/eve/for...17&m=468201644

Emperor J- Mellerud. Has been promoted. Can he stay up and be the first to write about about Stage 2?

Educated Hick. Brigg Town. Won the Conference by ten points. Can they survive their first taste of League Football?

Faramir- San Marino. Doing surprisingly well in the early going. Shakiy goalkeeping may dent his season.

Terk- Stanley. Good start, but so deseperate for players that he signed a 13 yr old.

Tyrone- Canvey Island. No progress.

Cheers Mark Most of the updates seem to be moving fairly slowly, so I'm thinking ofdoing just one loge entry each week to save on redundacy. Anybody object or have suggestions?

Faramir- Sn Marino. Purchasing good young players and playing steadily.

Terk- Stanley- no progress

Tyrone- Canvey Island- In a good position to get promoted, but only 8 games have been played so far.

Hey guys. I had computer trouble this weekend and couldn't post an update to the log or anything else for that matter. Since it's Monsay, I'll just hold off on posting an update till Wed. That way, I can catch uop on my challenge story ect.

Challenge Log Entry Sixth Entry- Sept 29, 2004.

Bazza- Doncaster. Seems to be doing well with a three game winning streak.

Bob- Gretna. A couple of huge wins given Gretna a good chance to win the division.

Educated Hick- Brigg Town. Completed Stage 1. Waiting for a team in the Stage 2 category to hire me on.

Emperor J- Mellerud- With 18 games played they’ve still not lost a game. Good chance they’ll go up.

Faramir- San Marino. Just ended his Serie C Cup run.

Terk-  Lost his game in a hard drive crash.

I have decided to start again. The reason is two fold, firstly my story wasn't really a story more of a match report, secondly I want to try a league ive never tried. I will let you know of my decision.
