urm eh am not brighouse town dat was jsu the start i started wid halifax cos that sight wat euan posted said it only had 94 800 people

Mac- Yes you can if they haven't been capped for their primary country.
Daz-  I understood his post, but I'll never see the point to SMS or text messages. Just use the phone for its intended purpose.

Educated- I didn't look close enough to discover that Castel di Sangro is C1B, so I restarted with San Marino (and edited my intro with the correct names).
