Hey guys, for those of you who have done the Lisbon Lions challenge, as a matter of interest, what about your coaching staff?? Do you place any form of restrictions on their nationalities?

It'd probably class as cheating if you'd appoint non-Scots there...

At any rate, if there's one thing Scotland's been second to none in throughout football history, it's coaching staff, you shouldn't HAVE to look abroad :p

coaching staff hasn't been scottish in all the successful challenges and no complaints, so i'd guess it's not an issue

Bleh, the SFA appoint a kraut in charge of the national team, and within two years they no longer complain about foreigners :thdn:

In the original challenge I didn't place any restriction on the nationality of the backroom staff. In my own attempt they are mostly Scottish but not totally.

I stuck with all-Scot staff as well for the Motherwell portion of my attempt.

Coaching staff nationality is totally irrelevant to the challenge, as it was never mentioned in the challenge guidelines.
