How about a challenge where you have to win the league, in 10 different countries with the capital club.

England
Scotland
Spain
Italy
France
Portugal
France
Germany
Holland
Greece

You can start off as managing which ever club you choose.

Maybe not 10 if its too many.

How about some kind of alphabet challenge. Where you start at a club begining with A then move to a club starting with B and so on. There is even a club beginning with X.

You would have to have leagues that have all 26 letters in but England covers pretty much all of the letters. Not sure what you would have to do before moving clubs maybe win a cup or promotion or something or maybe nothing just try and get through the alphabet in as few seasons as possible.

That has to be my favorite idea so far, but unfortunately it would take faaaaaaar too long.

I quite like the idea of an alphabet challenge, although maybe not having to do the teams in alphabetical order because that could make it rather tedious, esp. since no-one would ever reach the end of the alphabet anyway if you have to actually achieve something at every club :p Maybe just keep track of the letters you have already done.

I'm a little unsure about the challenges including something of the form "bring x players with you from your previous club"...in theory the idea is nice, but since these challenges also mostly involve taking a club to "success" and then moving to a "smaller" club in a new country, it may be rather difficult to get 3 proper players to come with you and taking 3 rubbish reserve team players that you would never use just to fulfill the challenge would make a bit of a mockery of the rule...

Just a couple of thoughts anyway. Personally I have great trouble in any of my games leaving a club that I have built up to move to a new one which is part of the reason I've not done any of the challenges except Lisbon Lions - I'm too loyal and get too attached to my club

Just one other quick thought on that alphabet challenge to fall somewhere between doing the letters in alphabetical order or just in a random jumble - perhaps choose letters in an order that would make up words to add a bit more spice than total random, but not as prohibitive as abc...

if you just did any club starting with an a followed by any club starting with a b it wouldn't be too hard.

All you'd need to do is decide what the goal was for each club. Perhaps promotion, or if in top leage a top 5 finish

btw just keep throwing in challenges and ideas, if they develop I'll throw them together into a structure and see what that looks like for further discussion. The challenge will still be entered under the original submitter.
