Mick looked into the hotel room mirror. He was satisfied by what he saw. His disguise was perfect, he could move through Sydney without the fear of being recognised. He smiled and grabbed the digital camera off the bed, heading out the door for his reconnaissance mission. He knew the place he was to visit wasn’t closely guarded anyway. There’d probably be more tourguides then security personnel. It was not like anyone was going to steal it anyway, was it now? Mick chuckled to himself.
He had timed his arrival to perfection, he saw upon reaching the place. It was just before midday and the place was filled with tourists with cameras. He’d fit right in. Moving among the tourists, he took his pictures, especially making note of the small security force that was present. After he was finished, he sat on a bench in a nearby park, admiring the place from a distance. He admitted that it was quite a view. But it wouldn’t be there for much longer. Mick got up and headed back to the hotel. It was time to make a phone call to Indonesia.
Max received the call and it brightened up his day. After PSIS poor performances this month, he could use a little cheering up. First the team had drawn 0-0 against Persikab, who played most of the game with ten men, but PSIS couldn’t take advantage. Another draw followed 1-1 this time, against Pelita. PSIS were in control for most of the game, but threw it away with four minutes left when they granted the opposition a goal. February was rounded off by a 2-1 loss against Persipura. PSIS were never in the game and they were thoroughly outplayed by their opponents. With the poor results, Max’ team had dropped down to a disappointing tenth place in the league.
But now, it was time to show the world some more of his evil plots. He summoned Red Ivan and gave him the instructions. Ivan nodded and rushed off to the submarine pen to leave for Australia…

Rep Power: 0 | Act of Infamy 3: Aussie Trouble
The submarine took a long while to arrive, since Ivan and Capt. Mozorov were determined to make their passage unseen. PSIS had no league games scheduled in the time between anyway, so E.I.T.O.S. would have their full attention on the Act of Infamy.
Almost two weeks had passed since they left the submarine pen near the Evil Base, when they finally arrived at their final destination. Once more, they had left the Indonesian Islands via the Sunda Strait. Mozorov had decided that their passage would be more safely if they went through the open sea, rather then the other way round, between New Guinea and Australia. It was a wise choice, as the latter route would have seen them navigate through shallow waters and around the Great Barrier Reef, with an increased chance of detection. After rounding the South East Cape of Tasmania, the submarine slowly made its way towards the Sydney harbour. Unfortunately for Mozorov and his crew, their timing was off and they arrived at the harbour in broad daylight. It would be neigh impossible to sneak into the harbour undetected during the day and so they were forced to wait off the Australian coast until nightfall.
Mick was slightly nervous. Despite the fact that he’d pulled off more dangerous missions than this one, it would be his biggest mission yet. And this time, it wasn’t for his own gain. Well, not specially. In this case, he was a hired help, who had been hired for his local expertise. He realised all too well that if anything went wrong tonight, it would probably mean the end of his life either way. He was a wanted criminal, and although the police didn’t exactly have orders to shoot him on sight, the country wouldn’t mourn his loss. On the other hand, the people who he was working for didn’t tolerate anything but absolute success and even then, his life would be endangered. He just hoped it wouldn’t come to that.
Steele had packed his bags already. He would be leaving Sydney tomorrow morning. M had issued orders for him to return. The info from De Avilla had probably been unreliable, since nothing had happened at all. Besides, there were other pressing matters to attend to. Her Majesty the Queen had lost one of her dogs to an unfortunate accident, and Steele was to investigate if no foul play had been involved. Not that John cared about the bloody dogs.
He put his mind back onto the present and off the future. He still had one day left Down Under so he would go do some sightseeing. And probably visit a casino or two as well.
Nightfall came late that night in Sydney, but it mattered not to most people. When it was finally dark, Mozorov ordered his ship off the bottom of the sea and ordered a slow course into the Sydney Harbour, while navigating by periscope. They finally arrived after two hours of careful travel and navigation, just after midnight. The ship surfaced near the docks, only a block away from their target. Mick was waiting for them on shore. Red Ivan and a couple of crew members quickly made their way to the dock on a small inflatable rubber boat, with a big bright yellow box. Quietly, they moved to their target building and deployed the shrink ray device. Ivan and Mick made sure the area was clear before they fired the device. When everything appeared safe, Ivan pushed the big red button on the device and their target was minimised to the size of a cardboard box…
Policeman Steve Day was just on his way back home, walking past the Sydney Opera building, when he saw a bright blue beam streak across the night sky. When he blinked his eyes, he noticed that the most famous Sydney landmark had disappeared before his very eyes. He ran towards the place where he’d seen the beam emit and he noticed a group of people with a big yellow box. One of them, a big muscular fellow, clad in a Red military uniform was carrying the Opera Building although it had shrunk to the size of a wide screen TV, he noted. He decided to move in. “Hey you there” a voice shouted across the empty void where the Opera Building had once been. Mick looked up and saw a man wearing a uniform. Alarm bells went off in his mind instantly. Trouble he though. Without consulting, Mick took a step towards the man. ”Evening mate” he said as pleasantly as he could muster. ”What are you doing there?” the cop asked suspiciously. By now, Red Ivan had identified the threat as well. He had his bazooka read and waiting. ”Nothing mate, we were just leaving” Mick replied, seeing the suspicion in the officer’s eyes. He saw the man grab his walkie-talkie from his belt. Suddenly, a loud roar came past his right ear and a trail of smoke clouded his vision. Two seconds later, the officer was splattered all over the sidewalk as Red Ivan’s missile hit him dead centre in the chest. Mick was still stunned from what happened, but Ivan immediately seized control of the situation. ”Everyone back to the sub, right now comrades” he barked across the square. Mick was still standing there, looking bedazzled when Ivan grabbed him by his nick and lifted him off the ground. With Mick in one hand and the miniature Opera Building in the other, he sprinted back to the sub. There, he threw Mick through the entrance hatch and then carefully lowered the Opera Building down before getting inside and closing the hatch.

Steele returned to his hotel in the middle of the night and never noticed the commotion around the big void where the Sydney Opera House (as it’s official name is I’ve been told) stood. 006 had one, well a few, vodka-martini too many that evening and everything went past him in a haze. It wasn’t until he woke up with a pounding headache the following morning that he noticed what had happened. Looking out of his hotel room window, he notice the big void in the harbour, but with his mind still in hibernation, it took him a full ten seconds to realise what was actually missing. When he finally did, he nearly fell over from the shock. The only words he could muster to pass his lips were ”Well, ****…”
The day didn’t get any better for the British agent either. When M heard the news, he immediately was on the phone to tear Steele a new one. With that over with, Steele found out that he had already missed his flight back to the UK, although it would probably be unwise to go back home with M in such a state. So, 006 did the wise thing and went off to investigate the disappearance of the opera building. Back in Indonesia
The league was still going for Yogyanto and his men, and the Indonesian assistant knew he had to do well to keep his job. And his life for that matter. After their poor run in the previous three games, PSIS needed to get themselves back into gear and get back up the league. The home game against PSPS would be up first in their quest.
The game started off at a furious pace and within the first fifteen minutes, three goals had already been scored. First up it was Nixon Nuboba who played a good one-two with his strike partner Donny Kalebos and then slotted it past a hapless goalkeeper. PSPS hit back straight away though. Iba’s long range effort was beaten away by Komang Putra in the PSIS goal, replacing the injured Valladares. But the rebound fell straight into the path of Indonesia’s star striker Kurniawan who levelled the score with ease. On fifteen minutes though, it was defender Eddie Bosnar who headed home from a corner to restore PSIS’ lead. But the game was far from over. Both sides kept going for it at full pace and PSPS again dragged themselves back into the game when Tecuari scored. Eight minutes later though, Karyono played a great ball in for Kalebos and the striker fired it low past the keeper to give PSIS the lead at half time.
The second half was more of the same high-pace and action-packed standard. Sinaga put PSPS level again right after the break and for a long time, it looked like a draw would be all PSIS were going to get. Kalebos, however, had different ideas. With three minutes left on the clock, he found himself in acres of space and he responded in kind by curling a brilliant 20-yard strike past a beaten goalkeeper who never even moved. 4-3 the final score and PSIS were right back in it.
And Kalebos kept going as well. With another great strike in the 44th minute against Perseden he sealed another important three points in a 1-0 win. And in the next game, he scored the very important 2-1 three minutes from the end to guide PSIS to a 3-1 win over Petrokimia Putra. Nuboba and Nawawi got the other goals in the game that lifted Max’ blue and white army to a respectable third place.

Rep Power: 0 | Sydney, Australia
The disappearance of the Sydney Opera House had caused massive uproar in the streets of Sydney. People went out onto the streets to demonstrate against the government and the intelligence agencies. It even led to violent clashes when a group of demonstrators tried to storm the Australian headquarters of S.A.B.R.E. The security forces stations around the building had been told to hold of the demonstrators at all costs and three people were killed in the clashes. Dozens more were hospitalised because of their injuries. Following that incident, the protests became more aggressive as the people became bolder and bolder. After three weeks of violent outbursts across the country, Australian Prime Minister Howard declared a state of martial law. The military were called in and a curfew as put in place. After that, the population rapidly calmed down and order was restored in the streets. Still, Max had begun to realise on of his goals, anarchy in as many countries as possible and was now hoping that he could achieve it in more countries.
As for John Steele, he fled Australia after the first clashes erupted and headed back to Scotland to relax for a bit. He didn’t get much relaxing done though, as M immediately sent him on a mission. Steele was to go to Libya to talk to American arms dealer Eli Barracuda and find out if he knew anything about the Evil Organisation that went about committing all these heinous crimes.
In the meantime, the evil island was getting more and more flooded with tourists and some of them dared to venture into the prohibited areas of the island. Some of them were found dead under suspicious circumstances, but most of them were never seen or heard from again. Local police forces didn’t find out anything and those who did find anything either died of were given substantial bribes so that they would never speak of their findings. On the footballing front, Max’ team were still going strong, keeping themselves in the top four of the league. A 1-1 draw against Persita was disappointing for Max and his men, but the 3-1 loss against Persib was even worse, especially when key player Yuniarto Budi went off injured. A late strike from Indriyanto Nugroho gave PSIS the win against Barito Putra though and kept the team in contention for the top spot. The gap was only four points at the end of the month, so the league was still wide open.
Slightly more concerning for Max was Otto Weah’s behaviour. The striker, who had done fairly well in the previous season, was not at all happy at Yogyanto’s decision to play new signings Nuboda and Kalebos instead of him. When he told of his discontent against a national newspaper, Max summoned the Cameroonian to his Inner Sanctum on the Evil Island. ”Ah, Mr. Weah, how good of you to make it here. I trust your trip over was comfortable?” Max asked seated behind his impressive evil desk. Weah nervously looked around the room. Guards in orange jump suits were guarding the doors, while a Japanese character with a large samurai sword was standing behind his boss. Next to him was a woman in military dress that left little to the imagination. Across the room, various pieces of valuables were on display. On that most drew the striker’s attention was a miniature of the Sydney Opera House…
Weah felt his pulse quicken as he spoken with a broken voice. ”Y-Yes, Mr. Chairman, sir” he spoke softly. ”Now I believe you were slightly unhappy the other day, am I correct?” Max inquired. ”I want to play and not sit on the bench, so yes I’m unhappy” Weah answered. Max nodded at the guard at the door. The man quickly left the room. He returned only a half a minute later, with a man dressed in a lab coat. He pushed him through the door and led him over to Max’ desk. ”It has recently come to my attention” Max started to say ”that Dr. Hamid here is also unhappy working for this organisation. I don’t like it when people are unhappy, so I do my best to make them feel better. However, the dear doctor here is still feeling unhappy. Now what do you think we should do about that, Mr. Weah? Here’s what I would do” Max said before drawing a gun from under the desk and shooting Dr. Hamid right between the eyes. Weah’s eyes almost popped out of their sockets when Max committed the murder. ”There, that’s that problem solved. I’m quite sure you’ll start feeling a lot better soon, won’t you Mr. Weah. After all, we wouldn’t want you to end up like Dr. Hamid now would we? Oh, and I’m sure you’ll keep this conversation private, as there will be severe repercussions if you talk about it” Max said before turning to Jubei. ”Please show Mr. Weah out, Jubei. Oh, and send someone in here to clean up that mess” he said, nodding at the body of Dr. Hamid…

Great story..very entertaining while im at school Quote: |
what’s with all these P’s and S’s anyway?
| i think the the p's and s's are to do with the the fact that they are football clubs...let me explain...
in indonesia they love using acronyms, for example, south jakarta, known as jakarta selatan is more commonly known as JakSel...
the per- part of the word is something to do with it being a sports club...the si- or se- part is to do with the football association (i think) and the end is the city, for example persiJA are from jakarta, perseBAYA are from surabaya, persiBAYA are from jayapura. i think this is true but the explanation my indonesian friend gave wasn't that good because it's hard to explain the meanings in english.

Weah remained slightly unhappy, but he was reluctant to voice his unhappiness after Max’ demonstration. Apparently, his unhappiness rubbed off on the team as they put on a poor performance in their next game, slumping to a poor 2-0 defeat at the hands of PSDS, despite a man of the match winning performance from goalkeeper Putra, who saved PSIS from a monstrous defeat. The team bounced right back in their next home game though, thumping PSBL by 5 goals to nil. Donny Kalebos scored twice in four minutes while Uston Nawawi added another four minutes later to make it 3-0 before half time. Second half goals from defender Eddie Bosnar and a penalty kick from Irfan Junaidi rounded off a very good performance for Max’ team. It even prompted Max to give a short interview to a local newspaper, in which he said that he was thoroughly impressed by the team’s performance.
The following game, against Semen Padang, ended in a boring 0-0 draw, with the only notable fact of the match a minor injury to Donny Kalebos. It was severe enough to keep him out of the game against Persikota three days later though. And with goalkeeper Noel Valladares away on international duty, PSIS were a bit understaffed. It showed in the final result as Persikota got away with a 1-0 win. The game was pretty much a midfield battle though, as both sides only had one shot on goal and unluckily for Max and his team, Persikota’s only shot went in and theirs did not. The final game of the month was another defeat with PSIS showing absolutely no resistance to PSM and running out 3-0 losers in the end. The result saw them slip down to a sixth place in the league, ten points behind league leaders PSPS.
