Not sure where to post this one - but this seems like a good place.

I've been playing as Celtic manager and the first two seasons went fine. But in 2009/ 2010 the Leagues do not start - there are no fixtures in any of the divisions! Domestic cups and European competitions are fine, but there are no leagues!!

Any suggestions?

I will continue the game through to the end of the season when I get the time to see what happens in 2010/ 2011.

Firstly is this the fully patched up version of FM08?

If so post this in the bugs forum, somewhere in there it will tell you how to upload your save game. Do this so the developers can debug it and have a look what's caused this problem.

I think it was an issue with the original. Are you using the patch?

Post in the bugs forum, they should help you.

It's striaght out of the package so to speak, I've not patched at all.

That'll be your problem then. There's no reaon not to download the new patch as it fixes all kinds of issues.

I also wouldn't bother mentioning it in the bugs forum, SI are already aware of it and have fixed it.

OK. My fault for posting without reading about the patch first!

This was fixed in 8.0.1 and was caused by saving and exiting between specific dates at the end of the season.
