How much do training facility upgrades go at one time?
I am playing as Mangotsfield, second season and my training facilities have been upgraded once, from basic to fairly basic (i chcekd with FMM, it went from 1 to 3). Now I requested again, and they agreed, but so far no announcement of works yet. do they only upgrade at the end of the season?
and does it depend on the amount of money i have? because... dang... I've got alot of high potential youngsters.. they might be bogged down by the trg facilities. ive somehow managed to get some 7 star coaches Full Time as well as getting the players Full Time contracts and good trg schedules.. only thing left is the facilities..

They only start work at the beginning of a season finishing at about Nov - Dec time (in England), so unfortunately even if you have masses of money you can only get one upgrade per year. They upgrade one level basic -> fairly basic -> adequete ... no matter how much money you have.
