Getting fined by the FA all the time. The referees always seem to get decisions 100% correct. My players often feel aggrieved on penalty decisions or offsides but every single time I complain about decisions I find that the referee got the decision correct and I get done by the FA.

Doesn't seem to matter if I agree with them quite often with controversial decisions - as soon as I complain, I'm ALWAYS wrong.

What's the point of being able to complain if it happens every time - might as well remove it from the game if it's always the same outcome

The OP has a valid point - there's little point in having options which can't be used due to them ruining your game experience. Ref's aren't ALWAYS right, as is the case IRL, and managers do get away with openly criticizing them on occasion, especially when the decision is very obviously wrong.
It's something SI should maybe look into "tweaking" a little, just so it's not quite so destructive.

One thing you can get is the winning mentality against the officials.

I just had a goal disallowed which made me draw 0-0 when it wasn't offside.
Although you only got "No reaction from FA" but it's fun to see that you can prove them wrong!

About the penalty thing, it's hard to see since the circular players have no arm/leg, I wouldn't bother criticizing those but for offside, it's fairly obvious.

i've sometimes been warned. other times the fa have been strangely quite. i don't always get fined though.
