I'm not gonna talk about Lyon's Bodmer playing almost all game at 45 stamina, in a high tempo game. I'm happy i just won Marseille 4 - 0, and this loss against Lyon was totally unfair.
But hey, SI of course wants Lyon to be the Champs, i mean they always are right??
BUT WAIT...
Why does Monaco accepts a 12million euro bid for Menez, and they ask 30 million euro from me?
Monaco is a Lyon rival, just as it is a Paris rival.
So what's the deal SI, the user has to pay twice to get the player, and has to sell half to get rid of them..
Something I have noticed about transfer system, that when you make a bid and the club "stalls" on your offer...they accept CPU club bids and even if you match - and even exceed - those cpu club bids, they still stall your bid and meanwhile cpu club gets the player even for lesser money YOU offered and it is annoying.
I have the same feeling that AI ask for higher price from human team than from AI.
Arsenal rejected my 12.5M bid (Leverkusen) for Taore but they accepted 9M bid from Man City.
Villarreal rejected my 21M bid for Fernandez but sold to Man Utd for 13.75M.
My guess is it's for making the game a bit tougher for players since we all know how to generate money. I'm not in trouble with the higher price but I just wonder why it's not done in the opposite direction, having income tuned down. Even with commercial feeder clubs, it shouldn't double the income but should keep player prices fair for every team.
I concur, £98 million for Montolivio is ridiculous £145 million for Ibrahimovic is a joke, but thats nothing compared to £220 million for Cristiano Ronaldo. watch this space for screens.
then we all agree that the transfer system or whatever is still broken.
I'm best friends with Monaco coach, and still have to pay enormous amounts of cash.
