I'm Watford and apparently, it's in the middle of a rain-forest because almost every game is a downpour, drizzle,pouring rain, etc. Adjusting tactics seems to your answer for everything.

I think there's a bug with the English weather which appeared in the Beta patches but sadly wasnt corrected for the final patch. It rains practically every game in England no matter which month it is.

Ive been playing as Hearts in Scotland on my other game and the weather's fine, very realistic.

wherever CSKA play, it is -2 there in september in the game. i would HATE to be there in full winter with only a shirt shorts socks shins and boots!

I had a game in germany in august at 8c, that and the rain might explain why the pitches look crap even in the height of summer.

Does nobody have proper drainage?
