Why is staff transfer compensation capped at £1,000,000? and why dont national managers get paid?
I noticed that you can never be compensated more than £1,000,000 if a member of staff moves to another club, and you never have to pay more than £1,000,000 if you hire someone from another club, why is this the case? I only ask because clubs are having to pay ever increasing sums of money to ex-managers irl (Steve McClaren £2.5m) yet in my game Juande Ramos moved back to sevilla after one year in charge at spurs, and they only recieved £1m, when 3 years left on contract worth £100,000 a week equals about £15million!! compensation!
and why dont national managers get a wage? It should be pretty simple to put in the game?
i.e. The English F.A have offered you £40,000 a week until 2010.
p.s Ramos didn't quit, then move to Sevilla, I checked the dates he took the Sevilla job the same day he left Spurs.
