i checked some other keeper like cech and akinfeev...cech had a 19 in concentration and now he only has 13 in my game....what's the problem??

Dont worry, composure and concentration is not need for a GK.
Composure is the ability to stay calm in "one on ones" vs the opponents gk or those each sitters in from of the goal.
Concentration is linked with marking - the ability to focus all 90 min in the backline..

Composure is needed for the Goalkeeper not to get nervous or scuff a shot up, like Carson did against Croatia
and Concentration, well GK can get pretty bored standing in between the sticks the whole game, they have to stay focused on the game, or before they know it the balls in the back of the net...
Maybe its a bug, I'd report it

Did you test it all sorts of games?
I've always thought that high concentration was important for defenders and keepers at top teams where they dont have a lot to do all match but its important they are ready when the opposition get their customary 1 or 2 decent chances. Not really important for lower ranked teams who are going to be under the cosh most of the game anyway and dont get the chance to turn off.

I would think they are both good things for keepers or should be atleast.
The training setup is confusing to say the least as there are things going under attacking and defensing training that I would deem important no matter what position a player play, still if feels idiotic to put your DC to train lots of attacking or your ST to train lots of defending.
