Im Managing Cardiff City and im still in my first season, i just lost 4-3! to liverpool in the league cup 4th round and the board and unhappy!!! in my opinion thats so unrealistic because we should be pround that we found the net 3 times AT ANFIELD

get used to it, we've all had it. its a new feature so its hardly likely to be perfect the first time. i agree the board really need a sense of perspective, everytime you lose, if you were outplayed they're unhappy, if you weren't they're unhappy that you didn't make the most of it. I know boards can be demanding in reality but not in this way.
