How do i train a player to a new pos again ???

Hey sorry for my silly post lol i forgot how to train a player to a new posison....
its to train matias Fernandez to a right midfielder he is only a right attacking midfielder ive tryed playing him there but his match rating is allways poor like 6 and 7's plz help

click on the players name, training and there on the up-left u will see "new position" and give there MR. Or go in team training and where u see his name select at new position Mr. It;s easy
