It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default How to sustain the stats growth in training?

Hi everyone.. in FM07 I play Arsenal and I got my collection of player with that -10 potentials. I also have full stars for coaches (though they are not necessarily world class ones)

What I do with training is:
1.) I create different training schedule for different player, and
2.) for first team players, I will tweak their personal schedule now and then to improve their different stats.

Is this the right way to do it?

I put a lot of time and effort in making sure that their stat grow but after years of training, it seems to me that despite having some youngsters with biggest potential in FM, I don't see any great improvement of stats in any of my player.

I have not played for 7-8 season but surely players like Fabregas, Aguero, Vela, and Walcott (FM 07) should already show marked improvement in say, 4 seasons?

Where have I gone wrong?
Is it because I tweak their schedule every month?
Or is it because some of my trainers (though they are five stars), have low stat in things like workign with youngsters, discipline, motivating?

Thanks in advance for your response guys ^^

*bumb*

I'm having the same problem. I think I've never seen any of my 'wonderkids' improve much (even in previous FMs).

Is, for example, Aguero already so close to his full potential that he only improves slightly or am I doing something really wrong? How should he be trained and played?
