assistant manager gone

hi

im arsenal half way in first season doing very well but blackburn just nicked my assistant manager pat rice

for there new manager.

so i will need a new assistant any ideas?

cheers is that for the setpieces?

also does it matter if ive got 1-2 more coaches than the board reccomends?
