Whatever team you want, those are all top teams. Englands youth is overrated quite a bit so in 5+ years England will usually have the best team. I'd enjoy managing Spain the most out of those myself.

I personally enjoy Australia. Not much of a team, but are very fun to play. Most of the games are pretty easy when you play in Asian tournaments. Qualified for Wolrd Cup but was knocked out by bloody Spain 4-2.
