Welcome to the thread for the OTF clans second game :thup: Our old host got a job and a social life (RIP ROTGO ) so we've grabbed a new one - Jambo - and we'll have the new game up and running this Friday evening. We've even got a crappy little website now \o/ Fans of the old game won't be disappointed, the game is full of familiar names, but we've been chucked a little further down the football league;

Playing in The Championship (or Division 1, whatever you want to call it) will be:

Kolo Toure the Phenom - Derby County
Don Baker - Leeds United
James M - Leicester City
Smudge 17 - Preston North End

and then just below them in League 1 (pfft, Division 2):

come_on_poolies - Blackpool ()
Jambo - Bradford City
Loza - Hull City
Arjen Robben - Swindon Town

We'll be playing Fridays & Sundays from 8pm, using the usual IRC room. Not 100% decided on the database just yet but we'll let you know. There's a limit of 10 places, so 2 places are available if any OTFers are interested, just get in touch :thup:

If someone can add me to the game on Friday as 'Ali Omar' and set my holidays to 'Do Not Sell Any Players' I would be grateful. I'd even throw in a bag of cheese quavers :thup:

Rules


1) No cheat tactics.

2) No signing youngsters off other human teams.

3) No signing of human players when not present unless they have stated the player is allowed to leave. (Bosmans and unprotected contracts are ok to do though).

4) No entering or exiting game until the host says it is safe to do so.

5) Players must attend 50% of scheduled sessions.

6) Most transfer and tactic changes must not be made during normal session time. A small number of bids will be acceptable as long as they are not too time consuming. Contact the host to arrange a suitable time to do so.

7) Weekly reports & beginning/end of season reviews must be kept up to date.

i should be around although it is the climax of bb, and i do have a fairly important game on saturday, but i'll be there.

Not yet Dan :thdn: GetRight has broken so I can't pause long downloads atm :/ When I get a chance to leave it running and downloading, or format and get GetRight again I shall give it a go. Means I can't give my 2 cents about which we should use for the game tho :/

Yup, this Friday smudge :thup: Forgot about BB... I'll have to position a TV so I can see it from my PC chair
