Peterhead Chairman Roger Taylor would like to announce the arrival of new manager
Stewart Robertson to Balmoor.
“We regret that our last manager, a decent enough lad has left to further his career in the 2nd , we wish him well. We are at an important point in the season were we have to make sure we get the best possible start and we think Stewart is the man for the job”
“I’ll pass you over to the new Manager”
“I’m happy that I can build on Peterhead’s good start to the season, naturally leaving a club that was in the same division has it’s advantages as I know Peterhead quite well and look forward to working with the squad that I think can win the division. I wish my old club Cowden all the best and we made a good start to the season and who ever replaces myself will be quite happy as there a great side”

Albion Rovers 0-6 Peterhead
Well we ran the show and the new manager was so taken aback he forgot to note down who scored but he enjoyed the match all the same. In fact he won another match either before this game or after but he can’t remember as he seemed to find the drinks cabinet at the new club before this press call.
Elgin 0-0 Peterhead
A good match with the top two teams in the division fighting it out for a draw. Peterhead missed a few chances but were lucky a few times at the other end so a fair result. Our back line were on good form as was David Hagen in midfield. Our forwards could have done a lot better especially when its three players fighting for two spots.
Cup Peterhead 0-1 Livingston
A good result considering we lost, there was not much in it at all and Jamie Buchan missed a few great chances near the end that could have got us a replay. David Hagen took a sore one in the 27th and had to come off and will be out for a few weeks.
Peterhead 2-0 Stenhousemuir
Peterhead played the better football but it took an individual effort to break the dead lock. Scott Robertson (M.oM) scored a terrific goal 68th and when Kevin McKeown decided to forget he was a goalie and gift Martin Bavidge Peterheads second 78th it was all over.
Peterhead 0-0 Gretna
The Assistant manager took charge and got the point off a good side, Manager Robertson might have willed his team on to win but we will take the point especially when our nearest rival tanned Montrose 4-0.
Queen’s Park 0-1 Peterhead
Scott Michie secured the points on the 65th minute in a hard fought game. We can be pleased at our away for this season as we go further ahead in the division.
[b]
Stewart Robertson won Manager of the month for November and more surprisingly Steve McWee came second and third (what a guy) after his move to Ayr.
Peterhead 0-0 Montrose
A disappointing game with us only drawing considering we had plenty of chances, we have to win our home games and the manager will be spelling that out to the players.
