a european clan is starting today, rules are as follows:
no poaching each overs youth players
no match fixing
try and speed up with the proceeding
no trying to buy players when the transfer window is shut
you can not retire from the game eg. you can quit your job but you cannot retire alltogether and add yourself back in
and you must pick a team outside of the top league unless the countrie has only 1 league
must have version 6.0.3, with september 1st weegie update

your right, its now the recomended setup countries but with all leagues from thoses countries

England: Nationwide North/South
France: CFA
Germany: Regionalliga
Italy: Campionato Serie C2
Spain: Segunda Division B
game starts in March 2005
