Aaaaaaaa all I did was defend a fellow forum member by confirming that my mate had just told me a certain old title not too far removed was available to download this being before the actual game had been posted.

Then for some reason I could not post

Anyway after hiring Joseph Beltrami to defend my case and a nice we e-mail with photographic proof no less I was back in and I thank the moderators for that, cant remember who it was I sent sorry grovelled too now.
