East Striling celebrate 250th anniversary in style!
On their 250th season as a club, East stirlingshire managed a massive coup by persuading one of the brightest managing prospects to take charge of their club. He goes by the name of Taz, many say he invented Colemans mustard and feeds off the carcass of dead pigeons however all that is so far clear is that he has superior managerial ability to his colleagues.
So far in pre-season things have been looking very promising for East Stirlingshire as Taz seems to have carved out a deadly attack which managed to score in the 7-1 loss to Hibernian and Taz has already enlisted the help of his contacts around the football globe in arranging a friendly with FC Barcelona. Fans are reported to be wetting themselves in aticipation of the forthcoming season and all the glory it has to offer.
I'm Albion Rovers, predicted to finish 10th, so I can't lose this season to be hones, signed a few players first off, but there is absolutely no quality in this league. In preseason we lost 1-0 against Ross County which isn't too bad when you consider some of the other results. We'll just have to see how the season progresses.
For one nano second i thought you had chugged the game onto season 2231/32 for a laugh! Just imagine....stalwarts Andy Millen and Kevin Mcgowan still at the heart of the Buddies defence. Celtic won 200 in a row. Gretna playing in the champions league. Partick Thistle the new 3rd Lanark R.I.P and wee Taz still not got his hole
